Flossy is not responsible for the misuse, incorrect installation, or failure of any product we sell.
Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will Flossy be liable for special or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our products. Flossy does not assume responsibility for any damage to the user, passenger or vehicle resulting from the operation of a Flossy product.
FLOSSY KNOBS ARE MACHINE THREADED TO OEM THREAD PITCHES AND SIZES. AFTERMARKET SHIFTERS, OR SHIFTER EXTENSIONS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO FIT.
TO PROTECT USERS OF OUR PRODUCT FROM INJURY OR DEATH, THE USER ASSUMES ALL RISKS.
Installation of some Flossy products may or may not void factory warranties. Always keep factory equipment that has been replaced in case work is required at the dealer or the vehicle is sold. Flossy will warranty shift knobs for 5 years from the original purchase date, and will replace any defects or abnormal issues with a comparable new product. Only one replacement per 5 year period will be granted under the warranty offered.
Warranty does not cover the following:
-Damage incurred to related vehicle components
-Regular day to day wear on vehicle (this includes engraving wear)
-Shipping costs for replacements
-Installation costs and vehicle down time
-Products that have been modified, incorrectly installed or misused
-Mounting hardware and bearings
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receiving the product. Flossy reserves the right to refuse a return based on the condition of the product, lack of parts that came in original packaging, and custom engraved orders.
- Flossy will NOT RETURN the price of packaging, shipping and handling of a returned product.
- Flossy will NOT RETURN any custom engraved knobs, regardless of "dislike" or personal reasons. We can and will exchange the knob for another with or without custom engraving. Flossy reserves the right to exchange the product based on similar make or type at Flossy's discretion.
Please use a standard shipping method like USPS and mark it with a low value and as a "defective product".
Additionally, the Consumer must email us prior to Returning the Product for acknowledgement of the return.
The retailer or the customer should return the product in question, freight pre-paid. It must be accompanied with the original sales receipt and a clear description of the problem.
This limited warranty may give you specific legal rights, which vary from state to state.
