Flossy, nor it's employees or ownership is not responsible for the misuse, incorrect installation, or failure of any product we sell.

Flossy products are intended for OFF-ROAD USAGE only, and use of Flossy products on a roadway or highway is not approved nor recommended.  The user of a Flossy product assumes all risks and responsibilities for using a Flossy product.

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will Flossy be liable for special or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use Flossy products, including but not limited to death or injury.  Flossy does not assume responsibility for any damage to the user, passenger or vehicle resulting from the operation of a Flossy product.

FLOSSY KNOBS ARE MACHINE THREADED TO OEM THREAD PITCHES AND SIZES.  AFTERMARKET SHIFTERS, OR SHIFTER EXTENSIONS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO FIT.  COLORS OF THE SHIFT KNOBS SEEN IN OUR PHOTOS ONLINE MAY SLIGHTLY DIFFER FROM THE ACTUAL PRODUCT BASED ON LIGHTING, ENVIRONMENT AND OTHER FACTORS.

Regarding Shift Knob Deliveries:

Flossy is not responsible for loss or theft of a shipped product once it arrives at the shipping destination.  It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the receipt of the delivered product once tracking is provided.  Estimated delivery dates and times are provided to ensure proper delivery and buyer knowledge of specifics regarding delivery of product.

Warranty

Installation of some Flossy products may or may not void factory warranties. Always keep factory equipment that has been replaced in case work is required at the dealer or the the vehicle is sold.  Flossy will warranty shift knobs for 1 year from the original purchase date, and will replace any defects or abnormal issues with a comparable new product.  Only one replacement per 1 year period will be granted under the warranty offered.

Warranty does not cover the following:

-Damage incurred to related vehicle components
-Regular day to day wear on vehicle (this includes engraving wear)
-Shipping costs for replacements
-Installation costs and vehicle down time
-Products that have been modified, incorrectly installed or misused based on Flossy Company's interpretation 
-Mounting hardware and bearings

Other:

Some variations of Shorty knobs have different bore sizes (cutouts under the knob) to allow for reverse lockouts.  This means that weights can differ minimally between Shorty knobs and thus weigh less than stated on our site.  

Flossy reserves the right to cancel, modify, or refuse a custom order/order due to the discretion of management/ownership.  Flossy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Return Policy:

Please use a standard shipping method like USPS and mark it with a low value and as a "defective product".

The retailer or the customer should return the product in question, freight pre-paid. It must be accompanied with the original sales receipt and a clear description of the problem.

This limited warranty may give you specific legal rights, which vary from state to state.

Information Collection and Use
We are the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

Orders
We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log-in with a password more than once per visit, thereby saving time while on our site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site. For registered users, we are using encrypted cookies that will expire after 3 months. If a site guest rejects the cookies, when they traverse our site and click into an area that requires a log-in, we request they enter their password. If a guest elects to reject the use of cookies, they will have to complete a full log-in here. The only drawback to this is that the user rejecting cookies will be limited in their access to some areas of our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance their experience each time they visit our site.
